A snoring mouthguard (also called a mandibular advancement splint or MAS) is a thin, custom-made nylon device worn over your top and bottom teeth at night. It works by gently moving your lower jaw and tongue forward, which keeps the airway open and stops the soft tissue vibration that causes snoring.
